F1 Academy driver Ella Lloyd will be making her return to the series with Rodin Motorsport in a dual campaign across both series.

After having made her debut in the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2022, scoring points in most the races that season, she moved to the Ginetta GT Championship in 2023 enjoying much success with 17 podiums and 10 wins, taking 2nd in the pro class championship. Since then, she raced with the team in the Formula Winter Series where she took female trophy classification wins in the championship.

After competing with JHR Developments last year in a fairly successful season where she claimed 4 podiums in 2024 and finished 11th in the overall standings.

During the latter part of the season, Lloyd joined the McLaren Driver Development Programme and joined Prema as a wild card entry into the F1 Academy weekend at Singapore. She would score points in both races that weekend in an excellent debut. This also led to her taking part in the first women's test in Formula E with McLaren.

Now she returns to both series this time with Rodin Motorsport for the upcoming 2025 season.

Upon the announcement, Ella Lloyd said: “I’m extremely excited to announce that I will competing in the 2025 British F4 championship as a dual program alongside F1 Academy with Rodin Motorsport and McLaren, I can’t wait to return for my second season in single seaters and looking forward to seeing what we can do as a team!”
