The final race of the day was a lights to flag win for Tom Chilton after pulling an early lead over the field.

Chilton started on pole ahead of Rowbottom and Hill after the reverse grid draw chose 6th place to reverse from. He didn't take the opportunity for granted as he shot off the line and kept clear of the drivers behind he fought across the opening lap while he pulled a large gap to help with his defense against the hard charging Ingram and Sutton.
Taylor-Smith would start off strong gaining 6 positions in the first lap alone. Ingram passes Hill at the exit of Redgate which opens the door for Sutton into McLeans meaning the BMW loses 2 places to his rivals.
Hill would continue to lose places as he drops behind Cammish and teammate Moffat with the pace of the Laser Tools BMW struggling.
Ingram would make the overtake on Rowbottom for second place as the Hyundai who has finished second in both of the opening races now tries to hunt Chilton for 1st. Meanwhile, Shedden would have more struggles after being hit by James Dorlin he would just keep it under control but would drop down the order.
Sutton would soon pass Rowbottom so he can try and overtake to Hyundai drivers whose soft tyres would begin to die off soon. Hill on the other hand, who has been struggling for the opening half of the race, jumps back into the top 10 after passing the Toyota of Dorlin while Taylor-Smith continues to move up the order having gained 10 places since the start.
Chilton continued to pull away as Sutton and Ingram fought over second like they had for the lead in the previous two races. Chilton would come across the line first leading a Team Vertu 1-2 with Sutton finishing in third. Cammish would bring home 4th place ahead of Morgan who rounds out the top 5.
Rowbottom would finish in 6th ahead of Doble who once more takes the Independents win finishing 7th overall. Smiley would finish 8th ahead of the BMW's of Moffat and Hill who round out the top 10.
The championship standings at the end of the weekend see Sutton with a 7 point advantage over Ingram. Chilton would move to third place in the standings after that race win while Cammish takes 4th ahead of Rowbottom by a single point.
The next race will be at Brands Hatch Indy circuit in 2 weeks time before going to Snetterton a fortnight later.
