The first driver announcement for JHR Developments is the signing of Rowan Campbell-Pilling as he will compete in his second British F4 season.

The 18-year-old previously tested with the team before his debut in the championship with Phinsys by Argenti last year. He won six times in the Rookie Cup, claiming 21 podiums in the class taking him to third in the Rookie Cup by seasons end. He would also take two overall podiums throughout the year allowing him to finish 10th in the standings after an impressive 2024 campaign.
He is also a part of the Motorsport UK Academy Team UK Futures which helps develop and support talent as they make their way through the Motorsport ladder.
After signing, Rowan Campbell-Pilling said: “It’s great to be back with JHR Developments. We’ve had a few test days already, and we’ve shown some good speed, putting us in a strong position. I’ve worked hard over the winter to ensure we are in the best possible shape for this year. We’ll take things as they come, but I believe we have a strong package, as the team is highly competitive and had some brilliant results last year. I think it will be a great combination, and hopefully a winning one. I would also like to extend a massive thank you to all my partners who have helped me get on the grid this season. I can’t wait to get started.”
JHR Developments Team Principle, Steven Hunter, said: “We are really pleased to have Rowan joining us for the 2025 British F4 season. He showed a lot of promise last year and has continued to work hard over the winter to develop his skills further. His performances in testing have been strong, and we are confident that he will be able to fight at the sharp end of the grid this season. We’re looking forward to working with him and seeing what we can achieve together.”
