The opening round of the season saw August Raber take his first British F4 win in the opening round of the season as the Swede begins his quest for the title.

Raber, after starting on third on the grid, managed to take the opening round win beating rookie cup winner Fionn McLaughlin to the flag by only 4 tenths of a second. Rounding out the podium would be the race winner for the all-new Challenge cup in Tommy Harfield as the Brit came from 7th on the grid to finish on the overall podium. The second of the Argenti drivers in Ethan Jeff-Hall would only finish just a few tenths behind Harfield in 4th place while the young Thomas Bearman would take home a top 5 finish overall and second in Rookie Cup.
A disappointing start to the season would be for our pole sitter Henry Joslyn who would end the session out of the out on lap 7 of the race and will start from 12th on the grid in race 2 but will have some favour for race three where he will start on pole once more with a second opportunity at a race win on Sunday. However, his rivals won’t make it easy for him as they will start ahead of him for race 2 on that day as well, already having a points advantage.
August Raber, after winning the opening race of the season, said: "Couldn't have gone any better, just super super happy, I knew I had a good opportunity starting P3 and I'm just super thankful that I made the most out of it."
