After winning the Rookie Cup in a 2024, Martin Molnár looks to better it for 2025 by going for the overall British F4 drivers championship after announcing yesterday he would continue racing with Virtuosi.

An impressive debut season in the series saw the 16-year-old take home the rookie cup ahead of Chinese driver Cui Yuanpu by 11 points over his rival. He took seven rookie cup wins and finished on the overall podium five times by seasons end which put him eighth in the standings.

Heading into 2025, the Hungarian driver now has one goal in mind, to win the British Formula 4 title. He demonstrated solid consistency throughout the season and looks to build upon that and grow further under the Virtuosi banner. To gain further experience, Molnár will race in the F4 Middle East Championship throughout the winter. His determination earned him the Jake Cook Memorial Award, as voted by the Team Managers of the Formula 4 paddock. The award celebrates a drivers progress, determination and sportsmanship, all of which Martins showed throughout the season.

After the announcement of his continued partnership with the Virtuosi team, Martin stated: “I’m really happy to continue with Virtuosi Racing this year, and I’m excited to be racing again in such a prestigious championship as the British F4. I’m looking forward to benefiting from the fact that I already know the team, the series, the car, and the tracks. We won’t have to go through the team integration phase again this year, so we can start at a higher level and fight for victories from the first race. I’m approaching the year with a lot of optimism.”
